How it Works:

-Rooms are only available until midnight, the Wednesday before the tournament. So book quickly!

-If a hotel is showing no inventory and it is after hours on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, you will need to find a room on your own. However if you book early and need more rooms, you can request more and we will request that more be added at the reduced rate.

Notes:

1. If a hotel shows the number of rooms it is only indicative of the original number of rooms offered and may not show the total number of rooms still available.
2. All guests are required to follow the hotel policies, specifically with respect to consideration to other guests and hotel management.
