-Rooms are only available until midnight, the Tuesday before the tournament. So book quickly!

-If a hotel is showing no inventory and it is after hours on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, you will need to find a room on your own. However if you book early and need more rooms, you can request more and we will request that more be added at the reduced rate.
