How it Works:

-You may make your reservations at any time using the Book Now link.

-We do our best to negotiate for room blocks to stay open until the week of the event, but that is not always possible.  So book quickly! You can generally make changes to your reservation until 72 hours prior to arrival (see cancellation policy).

-If a hotel is showing no inventory and it is after hours on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, you will need to find a room on your own. However if you book early and need more rooms, you can request more and we will request that more be added at the reduced rate.
