2 Night Minimum Stay Required. Team Cancellation: Teams may cancel reservations prior to 6/12 without penalty. Teams dropping more than 50% of their rooms after the cutoff date will incur penalties of one night room and tax to each reservation holder. Individual Cancellations: Individuals may make changes or cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
