Our Process is Simple!
We'd love to manage your events' hotels! Whether you have one event or 50 our process is simple. We need just a few things to get started. Contact Us or if you are ready now, you can begin to send us your event information.
Once we receive this information we will get to work! We will generate an organizational contract saying we are going to manage the events for you. Then, we'll begin to reach out to hotels, establish relationships and create contracts.
We will create your event web page that you will post for lodging and send it to you for review. On it will be our contact number and email so your attendees can reach a person if they need assistance, not an AI chat bot.
Should you have multiple events, we will also create an organization page that will list all your events.
We will manage the day to day operations leading up to the event.
After the tournament is complete we will invoice all hotels and send you a check generally within 60 days of the tournament.
